Profile

Catherine is an experienced trauma‑informed counsellor working in private practice, supporting individuals, families, and young people. Her practice is grounded in safety, compassion, and evidence‑based approaches, with particular experience in family and domestic violence, coercive control, and supporting people through challenging life transitions.

Catherine offers a calm, non‑judgmental space where she works alongside clients to help them make sense of their experiences, strengthen internal resources, and move toward stability and wellbeing at a pace that feels right for them. Her approach is person‑centred, inclusive, culturally sensitive, and guided by the principles of choice, collaboration, and empowerment.
